What counts as a beacon?
A beacon is a single policy rule that produces a continuous signal. One beacon monitors one rule — e.g. "PII must not reach external LLM endpoints." You can have multiple beacon rows (metric samples) under a single beacon without it counting as multiple beacons.
Can I upgrade mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
What happens to my audit log if I downgrade?
Your existing audit records are preserved but become read-only beyond the retention window of your new plan. You can export everything before downgrading — we'll email you a reminder 7 days in advance.
